Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship to the USA? Yes, we provide shipping to the contiguous United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

Are there import duties or taxes? Transparency Disclosure: Because your order ships from the UK, it may be subject to US import duties or customs fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs before purchasing.

 

How long is the "Handling Time"? Our standard handling time is 1–2 business days. This is the time it takes to process your order before it leaves our facility.

What is the "Transit Time"? Transit time to the USA typically takes 3–7 business days via our international carriers. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window? In alignment with Google’s best practices, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

 

How do I start a return? To initiate a return, please email Contact@yourspapool.com with your order number. We will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address.

• Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

What condition must the items be in? Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.

When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

 

Technical & Compatibility

Will these products work with US 110V/220V power? Yes. All electrical items sold through our US-facing store are confirmed to be compatible with US voltage (110V-220V / 60Hz) and standard US NPT plumbing threads unless otherwise clearly stated on the product page.
