Our Hydromax DE Filter System's core is a cylindrical pleated filter septum maximizing filter area and decreasing the number of internal components. Most other systems on the market use multiple internal components, the more components, the more possibilities for DE to bypass the system through poor sealing points.
With a one piece internal filter septum we have the option of adding a reverse flow power cleaning option. In the power clean cycle, the full power of the pump is used to power wash DE, dirt and debris completely from the system.
Simply switch to the Power Clean Cycle and wash your system thoroughly without the need for disassembly.

Do you ship to the USA? Yes, we provide shipping to the contiguous United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
Are there import duties or taxes? Transparency Disclosure: Because your order ships from the DE, it may be subject to US import duties or customs fees. These fees are the responsibility of us.
How long is the "Handling Time"? Our standard handling time is 1–2 business days. This is the time it takes to process your order before it leaves our facility.
What is the "Transit Time"? Transit time to the USA typically takes 3–5 business days via our international carriers. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

What is your return window? In alignment with Google’s best practices, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
How do I start a return? To initiate a return, please email Contact@yourspapool.com with your order number. We will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address.
What condition must the items be in? Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
