At YOUR SPA POOL, we are committed to providing high-quality products and long-term customer satisfaction. All our products are covered by a 10-Year Limited Warranty, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Warranty Coverage

We offer a ten (10) year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty covers:

2. Warranty Conditions

To be eligible for warranty coverage:

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation

  • Normal wear and tear over time

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, discoloration, etc.) that does not affect functionality

  • Damage caused by external factors such as accidents, weather conditions, or unauthorized repairs/modifications

  • Commercial or non-residential use (unless explicitly stated otherwise)

4. Warranty Claims

If you believe your product is defective and covered under warranty:

  1. Contact our support team with your proof of purchase

  2. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photos or videos (if applicable)

  3. Our team will review your claim and respond with the next steps

We reserve the right to inspect the product or request its return before approving any warranty claim.

5. Resolution

If a claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the defective product, or

  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable model, or

  • Provide a partial or full refund if repair or replacement is not possible

6. Limitation of Liability

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. YOURSPA POOL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

7. Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise required by law.

8. Changes to This Warranty
