Helpful Tips:
When your robot is in use, completely remove the cable from the Dolphin Caddy. Release enough of the cable for your Dolphin to properly cover your pool and leave the excess cable loosely rolled outside of the pool.
When storing your robot on the Dolphin Caddy, carefully wrap the cable so it does not have any kinks and place it around the top of the caddy.
Once a week, unplug the cable from the power supply and unwind the tangled portions of the cable, straighten it out and leave in the sun for a few hours. This will help remove any tangling or kinks.

Do you ship to the USA? Yes, we provide shipping to the contiguous United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
Are there import duties or taxes? Transparency Disclosure: Because your order ships from the DE, it may be subject to US import duties or customs fees. These fees are the responsibility of us.
How long is the "Handling Time"? Our standard handling time is 1–2 business days. This is the time it takes to process your order before it leaves our facility.
What is the "Transit Time"? Transit time to the USA typically takes 3–5 business days via our international carriers. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

What is your return window? In alignment with Google’s best practices, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
How do I start a return? To initiate a return, please email Contact@yourspapool.com with your order number. We will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address.
What condition must the items be in? Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
